The payment sits on the booking

Record how much they paid and how, in cash or by bank transfer. If a balance is left, you see it on the booking and collect it at check-in.

Online

With PRO you take payments online, into your account

Connect Stripe from the dashboard and from then on every booking paid online lands in your account, on the schedule you set in Stripe. Sealect keeps only its commission.

2.5% commission on PRO and 0.5% on Enterprise, only on what comes in online.
Stripe's own fees are separate, as for anyone who uses it.
Coupons and discount codes for online bookings, personal ones too.

Refunds

Your rules calculate the refund

For each offer choose until when cancelling is free, how much you refund after that and the fee for no-shows. When you cancel, the refund is already calculated.
