Carnets and courses

Ten lessons paid in May. In July you still know how many are left.

Sell lesson carnets on any plan: when the customer books, the lesson comes off on its own, and we remind them before it expires. Multi-lesson courses are in early access: we switch them on for you, on request.

  • Carnets on every plan
  • Courses in early access
Sound familiar?
  • The customer loses the paper carnet, and your copy lives in a notebook.
  • By July nobody knows how many lessons each person has left, or who has paid in full.
  • The course register is a sheet in the office, and you remember the make-ups by heart.
Selling

Sell it at the desk, even to someone who has never booked with you

Choose how many lessons, for which offers and whether it expires. If the customer pays only part of it, record what they gave and set the day for the rest.

  • A carnet covers the offers you pick, even across different sports.
  • A week before the balance is due, we remind the customer.
  • With PRO you also sell it online, even with a deposit, and the customer pays the rest from the link you send.
Lessons

The customer books, the lesson comes off on its own

When the customer books online, the lesson comes off the carnet without you lifting a finger. At the desk the carnet is already selected on the booking: if you don't want to use it, take it off.

  • One lesson per person comes off. Extras are still paid for.
  • The customer sees how many lessons are left on their carnet page, with no account needed.
Expiry

It expires when you say, and we do the reminding

After a number of days from purchase, on a set date such as the end of the season, or never. A week before it expires we email the customer how many lessons they have left.

  • At the desk you see the carnets expiring in the next 30 days: a phone call now is worth a booking.
  • If needed you extend it, even after it has expired.
  • If the customer asks for the unused lessons back, the refund follows the cancellation policy you choose for that carnet.
The certification

A course without fixed dates, with the certification at the end

Six lessons taken whenever the customer likes, and a certification at the end: it is a carnet with one more name on it. When they have finished, an instructor confirms it and the customer gets an email.

  • An instructor, the owner or an admin confirms it, and it stays signed in their name.
  • You can confirm it before the last lesson too: the ones left can still be used.
CoursesEarly access

Courses with enrolments, attendance and make-ups

Create the course with its dates and seats, and every lesson goes into the calendar at once. Enrol people at the desk or, with PRO, let them enrol online. For now we switch courses on for you, on request.

  • Take attendance from your phone: everyone present in one tap, then fix whoever is missing.
  • Make-ups follow the rule you choose: none, excused absences only, or all of them.
  • A parent enrols a child: whoever pays and whoever attends are on the same record.
  • You can offer a trial lesson, free or paid.
  • For the medical certificate you record only the expiry date and where you keep it: the document stays with you.
