Roles and permissions

A role to start from, permissions person by person

Staff handle bookings, check-in and customers; Admins also activities, sessions and the team; the Owner everything, subscription included. Then add or remove single permissions for each person.

Permissions about money, such as refunds and revenue, only the Owner can change.
Nobody edits their own permissions.

Instructors

Every instructor sees their own sessions

Assign instructors to sessions and each sees them from their phone too. The morning board tells you who is in the water and with whom.

An absence takes one tap, and you see straight away if a session is left uncovered.
Everyone picks the language they see the dashboard in: Italian, English or Spanish.
